The access to the cottage is over a cattle grid onto a loose stoned car park with car parking for 8/9 vehicles. The entrance to the cottage is through a double glazed door into the small hall area used for hanging coats and drying boots. Immediate right takes you into the bathroom with power shower, toilet, wash basin (with shaving point). The open plan kitchen and lounge area consists of an open oak beamed a-frame barn type ceiling and sympathetic decor, all white goods are fitted in the cottage. A Worcester combination boiler can be time to suit each guests heating and hot water needs. All kitchen units are fitted and complement the oak beams tiled floor and carpets.. The Water supply to the cottage is situated in the garden and is drawn up from 265ft into the cottage UV filtering system, this being a standard procedure for the Welsh tourist board. The bedroom is approximately 12ft x 14ft carpeted with a King Size Bed, side tables and fitted wardrobe. It has adequate lighting and is fully insulated with double glazing throughout. If guests return the cottage after dark the sensors will pick up any movement and automatically light up the cottage and drive area.
